WebObjects 5.2 offers several new documents:
Using EOModeler
Teaches you how to use EOModeler to build the data models you need to use Enterprise Objects. With EOModeler, you can build data models based on existing data sources or you can build them from scratch, which you then use to create data structures in a data source.
Web Applications
Formerly known as Discovering Web Applications for HTML, Web Applications introduces Web application development using WebObjects. You can develop Web applications that provide your customers with all the benefits of a desktop application through their favorite Web browsers. The exercises described in the book walk you through the creation of small applications that showcase WebObjects's capabilities.
Web Services
This book describes how you can develop Web services applications using WebObjects 5.2. It also includes information on how to use Direct to Web Services to create these types of applications.
XML Serialization
This book explains how you can use XML serialization in your applications. It assumes that you are familiar with XML, binary serialization in Java, and Sun's security manager.
